St. Peter’s by~the~Sea in Bay Shore welcomes back former Choirmaster, Mark Englehardt, who will conduct a Festal Candlemas Evensong on Sunday, Feb. 5th at 4 PM. Parthenia, a Consort of Viols based in Brooklyn, will accompany the choir under Mr. Englehardt’s direction, in music by Henry Purcell, John Reading, and Johannes Eccard. Tom Bailey, Choirmaster at St. Peter’s, will play continuo.
